If we would schedule to meet with Tina Balentine at a house she was always on time. Also very prompt on phone. Tina is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. When I didn't understand something. She would explain my questions very well. Tina is very approachable,and I will definitely recommend her to all my family,friends and coworkers.

I was introduced to Tina over a year ago when I was originally looking for just land to put a modular on, it then turned out to looking for homes with land. After looking at a few properties and all the loan issues I figured she would have walked away after no success. She hung in there better than she should have and even kept me positive through all of this. Now that this is a complete success I not only ended up with a home with land but a great friend as well.
