Seller reviewThis was a complicated property sale as part of a family trust through a will. The first executor of the estate (my brother) was working with Tina from East Texas until he passed away making me the executor (in San Diego). I had to work closely with Tina through the legal challenges as well as managing repairs and improvements to make the property worthy of selling at a reasonable price. Tina took the bull by the horns and made my job much easier. When the repairs were complete, she set up a strong marketing plan and got the property sold in a timely fashion. I didn't have to travel to oversee any of the repairs or sale process. For the first time in my life, I absolutely believe that my realtor earned every penny of her commission. She was cooperative, professional, thoughtful, and excellent. I would absolutely recomend her to anyone buying or selling property in the Fresno area.
