I have been an Indianapolis resident for over two decades and started my career as a real estate broker in 2006. My first year in the business I was awarded the "Ohio Valley Rookie of the Year Award" and have consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents and receive the "Five Star Professional Award" year after year. I have been blessed to have clients who have put their trust in me to help prepare their homes for sale, or to help find the perfect property to purchase. I am thankful to say that I have SOLD over 150 Million dollars in Real Estate since the beginning of my career. There are many things that will set me apart from other agents and I do not take my career lightly. I am very hands on start to finish and will listen to my clients wishes. Our market is ever-changing and it is important that your agent is staying up to date with the newest technology and I have a great team to support me every step of the way at Century 21. Seller reviewTina Smith did not sell our house, she sold our home. Tina understood the memories made in our home increased our personal value of our home and used this understanding to create a marketing plan that reflected the value of all we accomplished in making our house a home. Tina was with us every step of the way in this process. No question was left unanswered or considered insignificant. Her efforts in getting to know us and in meeting our needs were amazing! We started this journey with Tina Smith as our realtor and ended it with Tina being our friend!

Christina Smith went above and beyond to understand the type of homes I was interested in and made it her goal to find the right spot. She toured multiple locations, answered all of my questions regarding the location, area, rental history and property condition. She helped me set up an inspection and coordinate everything while I was away and made the purchase of the property stress free. She was always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions, hear my concerns and voice them to the seller and seller agent and help negotiate a fair purchase contract.
