Toby Ferris knows the local market in depth. He stays on top of market trends and market pricing. Since he has the C21 team as a resource, Toby utilized their knowledge to help price and market the sale of our home. Additionally, we had already moved, leaving the property behind. Toby held several open houses and always inspected the house prior, letting us know if he suspected any issues that could detract from successful showings.
Toby also had access to a network of handymen that could repair or enhance any aspects of the house that needed improvements. We communicated regularly during the time our home was listed.
