I was looking for a small piece of bare (unimproved) land in Long Beach, Washington for recreational use, and later for retirement. He helped me find a nice property that fit my needs and budget!! In addition to the property, he was extremely helpful with reaching out to local contractors for some land improvement bids and providing a great list of resources. Absolutely great experience!
