Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Seller reviewWord of mouth. I asked my good friend who was his agent - the answer was Todd McCauley. My friend had sold his house in 7 days. I was looking for that sort of agent. Becky and Ruthie - could not have done it without them. Ruthie in particular went above and beyond for me and the entire transaction. All of my interactions with the C21 team were exceptional.

Seller reviewOut of three realtors Todd was the only one to come out to our home. He came prepared with the information we needed to come up with a team plan for marketing our home. We did not feel rushed to make a decision on a realtor right away and he answered all our questions so we could could feel at ease about moving forward. We appreciate Todd and his team and would definitely go with Century 21 Eagle Rock if the need should arise in the future. Todd worked very hard negotiating the sale of our home and we are very pleased with the outcome. Even though Todd is extremely busy he has a way of making you feel you are a top priority in the selling and buying process. Becky and Ruthie are an invaluable asset to Century 21 Eagle Rock. They have always been available, friendly and helpful with a smile on their faces. They never made us feel as though we were bothering them when we called or emailed with a question or need.
