Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Seller reviewTodd is so smart and clever and even keeled. Todd is the best. He can figure out any problem and come up with a solution and put it in to play. Todd can take the most convoluted problem and make it in to clear sailing. I hope I don't have to move again but I will probably have to and Todd Is my guy for life.

Buyer reviewRelationship between me and the broker (Todd) was/is critically important. I felt that I could trust Todd to understand and support my values and motivations. The "proof is in the pudding." We came to Todd because of a friends recommendation. We know Todd's family and have great respect for his family. We extended that trust to Todd and were not in the least disappointed or surprised. For me, relationship is the most important item.

He was very respectful, patient and understanding of our needs and it never felt like he was trying to sell us something. Todd made it so much fun and was very real with us. He just felt like a very knowledgable friend leading us to our first home! We love Todd and wouldn't think of ever having anyone else!
