Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Buyer reviewWe were not familiar with the Boise ID area and had friends strongly recommend Todd, who lived up to the recommendation from the first phone call. Todd worked very quickly under a week to schedule two days of showings for us, and adjusted timing on the fly as our plans changed at the last minute. Todd moved things around and had others checking properties while we were looking to keep our options open. He listened to our needs and adjusted as we went along. He negotiated very well, asked questions to understand our position and assessed situation of sellers to work a deal that was mutually beneficial to all. He also helped us work through closing and moving quickly (under 14 days), while also helping us get a Christmas tree at the last minute.

Todd kept us upprised of every twist and turn throughout the process and made our purchace as quick and easy as buying a house can be. Also a shout out to Ruthie, she was wonderful. Any time we had a question a quick call to Ruthie would clear it up. If she didn?t know the answer, she would get back to us. This is a professional team, they?ve done this before.
