Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Todd kept us upprised of every twist and turn throughout the process and made our purchace as quick and easy as buying a house can be. Also a shout out to Ruthie, she was wonderful. Any time we had a question a quick call to Ruthie would clear it up. If she didn?t know the answer, she would get back to us. This is a professional team, they?ve done this before. Great job both of you, and as I said before, we couldn?t be happier.

Buyer reviewTodd Mccauley was awesome to work with! As someone who has been in sales for four years myself, I'm familiar with all of the stereotypes that can be attached to people in the profession. Todd was a breath of fresh air! He didn't need to wear a snappy suite to prove his worth. Instead, he was very relatable, humble, caring and easy going. Although he was very busy throughout the process, he still went out of his way to stay in communication with me. His assistants Vicky and Ruthie were who I primarily worked with and they were great as well. Overall, we ended up finding a home that meets all of our needs from a living and an investment standpoint and we are very excited about it. I would highly recommend working with Todd, Vicky and Ruthie to my friends and family moving forward.
