Regardless of what others think, I personally believe that God puts certain people together at certain times to accomplish things that enrich and fulfill the lives of those involved and others around them. Our deal was a strange one, with a lot of moving parts and multiple entities involved, most if not all relators would have walked away from the deal long before we got it closed, but Todd stayed with us, working and working, to see it through. The fact that in this deal he was a dual representative for us and the seller speaks more volumes about his integrity. Over a grueling 7 month period, I never once remotely felt any distrust from Todd, and continued to be amazed at his persistence throughout the process. Although there are many things to say about Todd, suffice it to say this, any time in the future we are involved in real estate, the first thing we will do is contact Todd, and the rest can fall into place from there !

I am a 23-year-old who was selling my deceased father's house and so I was very unsure of how exactly this process would go. I needed to sell quickly but without a real firm timeline since I had had roommates and other factor's depending on the sale. He made sure that we were going at a pace that was comfortable for me and made sure to let me know that at any time we could change things up and adjust. He was available very consistently and made sure to call and check-in as well as informing me of where we were in the process. He spent time talking through every option of what price to list, how to list, what offers made sense, and how to improve our offers as they came in. He made sure to acknowledge my special circumstances in every part of the process he could in order to get a sale that best suited my wants and needs. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure things were going smoothly. I only had to worry about my day-to-day and taking care of packing things up in the house and they took care of everything else.
