Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

Buyer reviewI'll admit. I'm biased. Todd McCauley is my brother. We purchased our first home in another state. It was a very rough experience for us and we felt mislead and manipulated. We sold that home and moved to Meridian. Todd helped us purchase, sell, purchase, purchase and now sell I CAN NOT recommend him more strongly. He is honest, he removes roadblocks, he understands the market, and he's an amazing strategist. He's an unusual realtor; he's genuine and doesn't play games.

He is a no pressure agent who makes you feel very comfortable while at the same time fighting for you to get the home you want in the midst of multiple offers. Uses good strategies to help you get your house. He makes you feel you're part of his family in his dealings with you! Couldn't have made a better choice for an agent!!!! Todd made the offer to best represent us based on the knowledge he gained by listening to us and putting our best foot forward. Thanks to his knowledge of the market and local properties available we got the house we wanted following his guidance Todd, was helpful, courteous, professional in all his dealings. Was a great experience working with him. I can highly recommend him without any reservations. Todd's staff follow his lead in being friendly, courteous, competent and professional. They all pitch in when needed to get things done.

Buyer reviewI was very impressed with Todd and the way that he handled the entire home-buying process. I was pretty inexperienced, and didn't really know what to expect when purchasing a home; Todd offered expert advice and helped me to see what mattered most when looking at different homes and weighing my options. There were some "curve-balls" that were thrown because of other people in the equation, and I was especially impressed with his solutions and how effective they were in navigating us through those issues. I am very happy with the house I found and am so grateful for all that they have done for me. I could not recommend them more highly!
