I met Todd McCauley briefly while in Idaho as I prepared to look for and purchase a specific property on my wish list for years. With my daughter in law, he did an in-depth interview with me of my specific wants/needs. He then showed me on a large screen in his office, what local properties were selling for. This created a realistic view for me. Todd McCauley is a friend / realtor of my son and daughter-in-law.....there is total trust here, and after I went home to Arizona, Todd began sending me emails to me with my specifics/limiters in mind. This was a huge help, and I didn't expect that I would that many. It went quickly and smoothly. Todd and his office answered all my questions and got to me promptly when I contacted him. When I found a property within a week or so, he arranged for my daughter in law to meet an office person at the property and do a FaceTime walk through. Most of the paperwork was done online and was facilitated very nicely. I flew to Eagle for 48 hours, stood in the space.....Todd came over a couple more times so that my children could give their feedback, and Todd took it from there. It could not have been any better! (Ruthie in Todd's office, was great and gave me the personal touch, or would contact Todd on my behalf if he was working with other clients (which I assume he was giving his full attention). Again, it could not have gone better or faster!!! I would recommend Todd McCauley to anyone looking for property or a home in Eagle and the surrounding communities.
