After receiving a referral we checked out reviews and other feedback on Century 21 Eagle Rock. We had already researched and contacted other brokers/agents in the area (we were making a purchase from out of State) but Todd's down-to-earth, low pressure, high information, approach to assisting us through process was both very important and much appreciated, and made him the clear choice to serve as buyer's agent. At first contact it was very clear that he was a man of integrity, and had our best interests in mind. We were seen and treated as individuals and not just another transaction to be managed. Important to note that all of his supporting team were equally as superb. The complexity of a real estate transaction requires that all members of the buyer's acquisition team be of the same caliber as the "front" man, otherwise the road from offer to close could be bumpy, and/or contain needless drama. None of that occurred with the team at Century 21 Eagle Rock. All members of the team were on the same sheet of music, all performed efficiently, professionally, and with an abundance of kindness and integrity. We find it remarkable that such a complex and involved transaction could be handled so seamlessly! No surprises, no hiccups, no bumps, no pressure and no high gloss slippery "sales" hype either. Just facts, and solid data based guidance when requested. We would be reluctant to purchase (or sell) any property from anyone other than Century 21 Eagle Rock, now that we have been so thoroughly spoiled!
