Tommy was great right from the start. I explained that I was from out of town, had never been to CDA before and was looking for a short term rental unit as part of a 1031 exchange. It was a huge ask to have Tommy come up with a perfect unit for me in a very short window. But he delivered in so many ways. He gave me the lay of the land and showed me properties from Hayden Lakes down the Spokane river and into the lake area of CDA. It was a long day of visiting properties but Tommy tailored our search on the fly to optimize time. Even after we said goodbye he found 2 more properties that he showed us after dinner and early the next morning before my flight out. He went above and beyond. Can't thank him enough for finding me the perfect property for my transaction.
