I do not believe you could find a better agent than Toni. She is always accessible and on top of every aspect from showings to final closings. Toni does not miss a beat and is beyond reliable. I presented some challenges for Toni Ann. I am located on the west coast and not able to visit the properties that seemed interesting. She was willing to work over phone calls, emails, and working with my family member to be my eyes and ears. Ultimately we were presnted with an off market opportunity that truned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Toni Ann has a good working knowledge of the realestate landscape in that area.
