I was with Mrs. Manchester for 4 years, not her fault, but the market. She was always positive in her evaluation of my situation, very understanding and extremely patient. She always made good suggestions to improve the presentation of the house, and she never lostOctober 2016
hope and made certain that I remained positive about the eventual sale. I have a tendency to harass people, many telephone calls, requested constant updates, but through it all Mrs. Manchester always remained cool, calm and collected. I would certainly recommend her to others.
Before I forget, during this period often she had to look after the property, care, of the house, etc as I made frequent trips outside of Kerrville. She accepted this onerous task with her usual smile and understanding.

We had knowledge of Toni in the past - not as a client, but as someone who knew our area and as someone who apparently represented the realtor position as it should be represented. And after our first meeting, we were convinced we had made the right decision. Her knowledge of our area, and the real estate market in general, allowed us to get top dollar for our house. We got 97.5% of our asking price and I believe it is the highest, or one of the highest, achieved in recent history. This would not have been possible without Toni's total involvement in the process, her networking skills, and her ability to market our house in such a manner as to achieve, what we perceived to be, outstanding results.
