I reached out months in advance to let her know I would be selling the property post probate and she instantly answered any questions. I had no doubt that she was who I would list with as she absolutely shows knowledge of the area and has a wonderful reputation. I verified with other sources their experiences as well. She instantly got to work on the listing, setting expectations, and marketing. Within hours she had an offer for us and another right after. An absolute breeze to deal with as she talked through all options and listened to any of my thoughts, and got us under contact in a matter of hours. HOURS! 10 out of 10 recommend. Would sell or buy anything with her as my realtor!

When we found the right home, she was patient but also reassured us that out concerns were normal but she would help us through it all. She negotiated several things about the property that made the buying process and the home itself so amazing. Our first home purchase should have been way more stressful, but with Toni we never felt overwhelmed and knew if we had questions Toni would be right there for us anytime to help.
