Tony is a full-time Real Estate Agent and AirBnB/Property Manager in Central and Southern Ohio. Tony has lived in Central Ohio his whole life and understands the real estate market very well. He spent 10 years of his career as the National Director of Internal Audit for M/I Homes and M/I Financial Mortgage followed by several years at Chase Bank as the National Vice President of Mortgage Risk and Controls. He has rehabbed, re-financed, financed, built, bought, sold, flipped, rented (short and long-term) and managed many properties. In addition, Tony holds Bachelor of Accountancy (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Ohio University and a Master of Science (MS) degree from The Ohio State University. All of his diverse experience combines to make for an invaluable resource for you.
When working with his clients, Tony's goal is to over-communicate in a timely manner, ensure expectations are level and then make his clients feel like "magic" happened. The home buying and selling process should be a fun and celebratory period. Seller reviewTony Davis is the realtor that every seller hopes for; he laid out for us a plan to sell our home and then carried out that plan flawlessly. Though we had a couple of bumps along the way due to buyers backing out or not getting the needed financing, Tony continued to work tirelessly. Throughout the whole process he remained in constant contact with us via phone calls and emails, presenting each new offer with the options and advice that displayed his vast experience in brokering real estate. This was especially appreciated since we were already in our new location, thousands of miles away. Furthermore, any work that had to be done on the house, extra inspections, or continued maintenance on the yard, all with our knowledge and consent, was taken care of. All we had to do was approve the work, and Tony took it from there. His dedication to selling our house was evident from day one. We could not be happier with our decision to partner with Tony Davis when it came time for us to sell.

He was excellent in giving me feedback on my expectations and assisted in locating contractors to make a few improvements. He went above and beyond in doing multiple open houses due to the unique nature of the property.
