Seller reviewWe were fortunate to get introduced by a friend to Tony Dolgner for selling a property. He's very professional and worked with us to develop a marketing and pricing strategy before listing that was not only fact based from market data but also positioned to maximize exposure to the two mostly likely groups of buyers. And in executing that plan upon listing, Tony was extremely responsive and proactive in keeping us informed of all activity which did result in multiple offers that he helped us compare and evaluate. Once an offer was accepted, he stayed on top of everything to get us to closing. We had to do much of this process from out of town, so having a real estate professional that provided the extra level of customer care at whatever time was needed was deeply appreciated. If looking for a listing agent that's strategic, professional, reliable, and provides a high level of customer service, we absolutely would recommend him.

Seller reviewAfter my husband died, I knew I had to move. I had to leave a home I lived in for 35 years to relocate closer to one of my children. It was a daunting project but Tony did all he could to make it as easy as possible. He was very patient helping me find the house that would not only fit my wants and needs, but also the approval of my children. He was then patient with me downsizing and getting my old house emptied. He then was able to get the house sold almost immediately. I could not have asked for more help and support than what Tony provided me with.

Seller reviewWe had some issues that came out of the home inspection that were ridiculous given the age of the home being sold. Tony was able to negotiate with the buyer to resolve the inspection problems so every one was satisfied.

Seller reviewI have known Tony for years, which lead me towards him for help with the sale of my home. But Tony listened to what I was looking for in the sale, and understood that this was the first time I worked with a realtor. He explained things every step of the way, was easy to get hold of and really did everything. House had been listed less than 2 days and had two offers. Tony walked us through the pros and cons of each offer. Once we accepted an offer the service continued with Tony right up to the closing! I had convinced myself that this would be a stressful time, but it was so just the opposite and I give credit to Tony for taking that stress away! Job well done!!! Tony knows what he is doing!
