Selling your home is one thing and while equally important, no where near as important as the home you are purchasing. There is a difference in an agent who is just looking to make a deal and an agent who becomes clearly committed to meeting your objectives. He even forced us to question certain things that we may not have thought about in an attempt to make sure we were making the "right" decision based upon his first conversation about what we told him we were looking for. He was able to read us. In the home we just purchased, the process and what we truly ended up with is far beyond what I had thought they would be. Really, he's an agent that is committed. You don't see that often. Couldn't be happier. To see how happy our kids are too in that this was a big change for them as well is beyond a piece of mind.
