The sale of 328 Shore Drive was a very unique one. I would first like to commend Tonya for seeing this sale through fruition as we ran into every imaginable challenge and hiccup that we possibly could have. Through an arduous eviction process, a state of property that was denied service from professional cleaners, extremely messy title issues that led to outsourcing a more expreienced legal team, and many other intricacies including a lein on the property, Tonya remained uplifting. I appreciated working with her because she was very flexible and maintained a positive outlook throughout this stressful process. Although it wasn't "enjoyable," I am happy to share that in the end, we both learned a lot and were able to sign off on a sale that will most likely bring an air of beauty to the Arlington Pond neighborhood community.
