Seller reviewWhen I initially explored the idea of selling my home, I was nervous. I did not know what to expect or how long it would take to sell the house. I knew that I wanted to upgrade homes, so buying a new home was contingent on selling our old one. Upon meeting Tracey, she was very professional and she reassured me that she could sell my home sooner rather than later. I knew then that Tracey was the going to be my agent. She was kind, friendly, and patient. I learned a lot about the real estate business thanks to her as well. This being my first experience with buying/selling, it went considerably smoother than I expected. I couldn't be happier with Tracey.

When homes that we were close to moving forward on changed course, she was always sensitive and supportive. As first time buyers in a very difficult market, it meant a lot that Tracey always took the time to try to help us understand the aspects of purchasing a home that we were new to, and were sometimes confusing and frustrating in nature.
