I started in Real Estate in 2002 and I have loved every minute of it since that first day. I have always loved working with people in any capacity and Real Estate lets me do this on a daily basis. I have strong ties to the military, having my grandfather, father and husband proudly serving in various branches. The loyalty that they have shown this country has inspired me to help other military personnel and their families to find homes. I love being involved in the process of selling a home or when someone finds their dream home. My past clients would most certainly say that I am honest, hard-working and loyal to my clients needs. Obviously, it is currently a very aggressive market and we would have struggled without her guidance and counsel thru making a bid, escalation, etc. We would strongly recommend Traci to any of our colleagues - she is the best!

The real estate market is beyond competitive right now, but she showed us several homes, was extremely knowledgeable about the area (very important for us as we were moving from out of state and didn't know the area at all) and she helped us find a home we absolutely love in a community we are so happy to be part of. Seller reviewHands down absolutely the best in the business! In addition to being superbly knowledgeable about the business, Traci is a delight to have working for you. She expertly guided us from start to finish. She was spot on from her advice of how to prep the home for showing, the timing of market entry, the pricing of our home (recommending we ask for more) and then literally did all the leg work to address the few requests of the seller. Best part (two actually) home pretty much sold same day of posting AND at higher than asking! Yeah, you absolutely want Traci on your team.
