Born and raised in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley and a graduate of Kutztown University, Trey Brown brings a diverse background and a strong work ethic to the Wilmington real estate market. After relocating to North Carolina in 2023, Trey continued building on his years of experience in real estate-now proudly serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Cape Fear region with dedication and integrity.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, Trey spent over five years with a national real estate investment firm specializing in fix-and-flips and creative financing strategies. There, he sharpened his negotiation skills and gained valuable experience across multiple markets. He also worked closely with major developers during his time at a building materials wholesaler, supplying materials for large-scale commercial and residential projects across North Carolina. This unique blend of experience gives Trey a deep understanding of both investment and traditional real estate.
Trey is proud to serve Wilmington and the surrounding communities with a client-first approach rooted in integrity, transparency, and genuine care. His mission is simple: build lasting relationships, deliver top-tier service, and make every transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.
When he's not working with clients, Trey enjoys spending time with his wife and their two Australian Shepherds, trying new restaurants, fishing, hitting the gym, cooking, going to the beach, and watching sports. With a passion for real estate and a heart for service, Trey is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals and feel at home in every step of the journey.

When negotiations proved to be too much for me, Trey boldly told me to continue to trust him. He got me everything I asked for even when my requests were unconventional. I respect Trey because if he was unsure of something, he went to his broker. He asked for help when he needed it. I trust Trey because he earned it. He followed through on everything. He was present and responsive. He led me through the process with integrity and full transparency. I thank Trey because he opened the door and handed me the key. My deal was less than $100k but he treated me as if it was a million bucks.
