We had a long search process followed by an equally long purchase process due to the type of financing and acreage home purchase we were persueing. Twila was able to educate us on portions of our VA loan process we were not aware of and effectively communicate with our home seller to explain the requirements of our VA loan. She was a realistic and fair negotiator. Clear and available communication was the big standout! I only wish i had more homes to purchase with her. I would certainly reccomend her to anyone who asks.
