Twila was just so honest. She never ones tried to sell us a home. She was not pushy. That is something both my husband and I really liked about her, she let us decide if we liked one or not. She made us knowledgeable of every single home that we went out and looked at. And she was always on top of everything. Being my husband and my first home I am really glad Twila was put in our path to help us with our first time home buying experience. She definitely knew everything about a home and had an answer for every question we had. I will definitely be recommending her to every one I know that will be looking to buy a home! Twila knows everything about everything. From the money side to the house flaws. She will not lie to you In order for you to buy a home. With my husband and I being in a tight budget we wanted to know all the numbers up front and she was able to provide all that right then and there while we were talking. She is extremely patient at explaining everything to us. Especially because I'm sure that we asked the same questions like 10 times. She handled everything from the negotiation to the deposit. She was always available to talk if I had a question. If she didn't answer right then and there she would call me back a few minutes later or text me letting me know she will call me as soon as she got the chance. This experience was not stressful just because we had Twila by our side. My husband and I were talking about a few weeks ago about when we are old and have extended our family and this home gets to small to live in and start getting ready to look for another home, we are hoping Twila has not retired yet because we truly would love her to work with us again!
