Seller reviewOur experience with Twila Bertrand was a stress free and professional journey on the sale of my fathers estate. Anytime we called or sent a text if she was not able to answer immediately she would in a timely manner get back with us which was important to me. Not one time did i think things were going to slow. I would highly recommend giving Twila Bertrand a call who i know once you meet her you will see a very professional and family oriented person who works hard meeting your needs. Buyer reviewMs. Twila Bertrand was working with my co-worker through Veterans United and by listening to their interactions, I knew I wanted to have her as my agent. She was so patient with me since I am one of those people who ask many, many questions. She is a wonderful realtor so Century 21 needs to make sure you keep her for as long as possible! Ms. Twila Bertrand answered all questions we had and continued to look for the perfect property for us after we had to back out of another offer. She found just the right house and met us there several times to go over the property. She is respectful, helpful, and a delight to deal with. We love this house. When we first moved to Lufkin after getting out of the Navy, our realtor was Billy McClendon who was another wonderful Century 21 agent. Century 21 really trains their realtors to take care of customers and I appreciate that.

Buyer reviewSince I am in the community and know many realtors I had asked my lender Veterans United to send my a real estate agent name of who they have used in the past, as well as who excelled in assistance veterans in the home buying experience. Twila Bertrand was truly amazing. She was knowledgeable about every aspect. She was patient and understanding with me through my anxiety days. She didn't push me into anything that I didn't want to do. She kept me informed every step of the way. She communicated with me promptly through phone calls, emails and text messaging. Through all of this she was very professional, polite, friendly and respectful of my needs and the seller's needs. I highly recommend her as anyone's real estate agent. I especially recommend her to my veteran community first and foremost. My purchase was amazing. From looking at the house, to putting in an offer, to acceptance, to home inspection everything was done in a fast timely manner in which I was able to close a full week early on my VA Home Loan.
