Seller reviewInterviewed other agents who tried to lower my expectations, Tyler however accepted the challenge, yet remained realistic. We ultimately accepted an offer from a rather difficult buyer with an agent that didn't have it together. Ball was dropped multiple times from parties representing the buyer. Tyler made sure the deal stayed on track and kept the pressure until the end. He knew exactly who to hold accountable and how to move forward. If it weren't for his expertise, we could have lost the deal. He ended up selling our house above what I had expected to earn. Communication was excellent, always available and prompt to respond. Highly recommend!
