She made sure that all checklist items were completed timely by all parties and provided updates throughout each one. She was available any time I needed to reach out and was able to not only answer my questions but provide additional options and/or recommendations where applicable. I've heard from other people through their own experiences that purchasing a house for the first time can be hectic and sometimes overwhelming, but Valarie made it seem like a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market.
