I started my career with CENTURY 21 in 2008, building my business on the principle of client care. I have a degree in Finance with a minor in Ethics, a background that has served me well in serving my clients. A family's home is a significant financial investment and also usually deeply meaningful in other ways as well. Through my general and specific relocation experience and training, I have customized my services to the needs of each client. The real estate profession is both challenging and gratifying. We selected her due to the comfortable feeling we had from the liquidation company head. They worked together to take care of everything with Valerie critical in arranging and taking care of certain plumbing, painting, and carpeting issues since My wife and I were in Colorado and had to depend on Valerie long distance and she certainly did not disappoint. I highly recommend her and would gladly serve as a reference. We had 3 offers within days and actually were able to sell above the listed price. I would recommend her very highly for any property sale. The property sold faster and at a higher price than expected and a lot depended on Valerie's interaction with the prospective buyers.

Getting the house on the market quickly, and then keeping me informed via internet. as to who was looking, was also a plus. Was quite surprised that an offer came in within about 3 wks. Everything went very efficiently! She was a great help and easy to talk with. Very efficient!
