I previously used Valentina as a property manager and she excelled at taking care of my rental. After my last tenant moved out leaving the house as a complete mess, I decided to sell it but had no idea where to start. Alex helped me make right decisions from the get go. He advised me on what needed to be done in order to sell the property for the top dollar, he helped with hiring contractors and even choosing paint and flooring colors. He was very knowledgeable on how home inspectors operate which helped us fix up the house efficiently without spending a ton of money.
