Buyer reviewWe were very satisfied with our sales experience with Valentina. She facilitated all communication with the seller, escrow, and our loan officer. She responded to every call and text promptly and was always available to answer all of my questions. Due to a potential promotion, we needed to close escrow earlier than anticipated and Valentina worked with the seller to make this possible for us in a way that made both seller and buyer happy. We appreciated very much that Valentina was transparent about the renovations that would need to happen to the property we purchased, which was sold as is, such that we had a clear idea of what we were getting into. When we did the final walk through, the seller had left some items in the home, which we did not want. Valentina took care of this for us with her own resources, which made things much easier on us as new home owners. We will work with Valentina again in the future and would recommend her to friends and family. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

We never had to worry about how she was handling her end of the work because she always told us what she was going to do and let us know when it was done. We loved working with Valentina and our daughter loved having her be a part of our life!! Going into this we did not realize how much we would be seeing and communicating with Valentina. She made it easy and enjoyable. Always knowledgeable, polite, and prompt. But more than that she was a pleasure to have as a part of our life during this process! We would 100% work with Valentina Sharp again and highly recommend her!!

Seller reviewThis agent is amazing. It was like having a member of the family sell your house and take care of all your needs. She walked my elderly mother through the entire process and visited her on a daily basis to ease any anxieties. My 86 year old mother could be a cranky customer at times and Valentina exudes compassion and concern at all times. This women is a spectacular real estate agent and should be your first choice when it is time to sell. Everything was outstanding. Nothing else to be said. Polite, friendly, ultra competent. A real pleasure to communicate with. N/A Excellent overall experience. I wish I had three more houses to sell.
