Valentina is one of the most professional, fascinating, productive, hard-working, engaging people I've come across. I liked her the first time I met her at an open house some years back and then made a point to see her again at another open house before I chose her after reviewing other contenders. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in every possible way and has become a true friend in the process . She gets extremely detailed, like at the beginning when we went through my home and yard and she pointed out many things that I could consider changing to get the best result. She was full of great guidance and was calm and collected when things were tough like the first escrow falling through due to an issue with the buyer. She and her son Alex were instrumental in finding a structural engineer that I needed at the last minute for some issues with my garage structure. She expertly handled the Inspection process which was quite outside the norm of behavior on the inspector's part, with grace and poise and was able to help me through a very challenging time. She is direct and knowledgeable beyond measure and is just a lot of fun to work with! Valentina is a fantastic communicator and she is very responsive, these are just some of her great traits amidst all the others. I love Valentina! She is a great professional and a great human.

Valentina helped me make my condo look its best for prospective buyers by making suggestions for decor with attention to detail. Her group then took beautiful pictures of the condo. Her listings included a perfect video showing my condo at its best. It was important to me to sell fast, and Valentina made that happen. We closed escrow in under a month from listing! I was very happy with Valentina's service.
