Buyer reviewValentina was very honest, which was important to us. She even advised that if we did not feel comfortable with the purchase, that backing out of escrow was an option and it may be a better one to take. In the end, though, it worked out and we were very happy with the purchase. Valentina is the type of agent you want to hug whenever you see her. Highly recommend her, as she goes above and beyond what is required of her to make sure her clients are happy!

Her experience, professional contacts, and tireless energy made the entire process as easy and affordable as possible. She's not just a realtor who'll post your house on the MLS, she works with you to understand your goals and provides you all the direction and advice to accomplish them. Valentina helped us prepare for selling by identifying home improvements which would increase the value of the house. She had several affordable contractor references who completed the job quickly. During the preparations, she was continually involved by providing direction and leadership on all the details (paint colors, door handle styles, etc). Her strategy for marketing the house was successful and her recommendation on the best buyers to go with made the escrow quick and painless. Her no non-sense attitude led the required work from the buyer's inspection to be reasonable and inexpensive. We really appreciate all the hard work Valentina put into selling our house. She has made our dreams come true. Valentina Sharp is an amazing person who really enjoys working with her clients. We highly recommend her.
