We had a qualified buyer in three days. The first open house drew over 70 prospective buyers. From this group a gentleman talked with Valentina and made arrangements to view the home with his wife on Monday. They made an acceptable offer that day. She is an asset to your sales group!! She was the best communicator I've ever dealt with!! She kept us informed at all times and understood our timeline to close escrow by a certain date. She supported us through minot renications to our home in order in quickly increase the resale value of our home. She asked very little of us during that process and took the lead, always available to discuss progress and address concerns. We wold not have been able to complete the series of renovations we did in the timeline we were hoping for without her.
