Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Her vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market has helped her to excel in real estate sales. Buyer reviewWhen I couldn't find information about a condo complex I was interested in, I emailed two agents who were selling units there. Valerie Edwards-Perry was the only one who responded. She answered questions and knew a lot about it. She even sent out a mailing to owners to find out if any were interested in selling. Once I found a unit, Valerie continued to answer my questions promptly. She worked with me through negotiations, accepting the final offer, and attending the inspection since I couldn't be present. She checked with me frequently to find out how the sale of my condo was going and arranged for a closing extension when I had two contracts fall through. Valerie is an outstanding agent to work with. She is knowledgeable about the market and locations, attends to details, and follows up. I'm thankful she answered my initial email!
