Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Her vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market has helped her to excel in real estate sales. Buyer reviewMy husband and I were stressed and worried that we would not be able to purchase a home but our pastor recommended Valerie Edwards-Perry. She listened to all of our concerns and reassured us that buying a home was completely possible for us. we proceeded with her mortgage representative recommendation and we were pre-approved and on our way with in a couple days. We found the home of our dreams on the first day of looking because of Valerie listening to our wants and constantly sending us new listings. Made an offer that day and it was accepted the next. From the moment we spoke to Valerie to the moment our offer was accepted was I believe barely over a week. The whole process was so easy and stress free. We were in our new home a month later!
