Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Her vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market has helped her to excel in real estate sales. She works so hard 24/7 to make herself available and accessible. She does an amazing job handling the tough conversations between buyer and seller when money is involved. She is extremely knowledgeable and had no problem telling me no when my ideas were far-fetched. I value her honesty and felt at ease knowing she had my back.

Seller reviewWe chose Valerie because we see all the time, the awards and acknowledgments that she receives. Also, Valerie used to be our neighbor at the lake and that made her super knowledgeable in the area and specifically our location on the lake. By using Valerie as an agent, it showed us how much more we could sell our house for. We would never have been able to imagine how to market our home. It's an amazing process when you have someone to work on your behalf with the buyer, paperwork, etc. We don't even know half of what goes on behind the scenes, but we knew we could count on Valerie to take care of us and get things handled properly and only contact if there was a real need to do so. She get's our vote now and every time. We don't plan to move again anytime soon but we would work with her again in a minute. She is truly the best in Indiana! Thanks Val
