I have known this man since January 1997. I took the real estate class at a local community college to increase my knowledge regarding property purchase and transfer. I already had a successful management job in the nursing profession and did not really plan to get my licenses but found the information so interesting I decided to get my license and I called Hix Van Masengill and he encouraged me to join his firm and he would help me. He trained and encouraged me to take a lot of classes and become certified in several areas. If not for his kindness and belief in me, I would not have become successful enough to become one of his firms top selling and listing agents. I later got my broker license and opened my own company which I could not have accomplished without his expert training. No matter how busy he is he always has the time to help in anyway he can. I was so glad to have him as my realtor to sell my home. I hope my trust in him gave him some knowledge of how much I appreciate what he has done for me and what his friendship means to me.
