Vanda consistently went out of her way to do virtual showings for me, as I am currently not in the area. Vanda understood my occupation leaves me with little time to travel, and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to see every single home I was interested in. When it came to closing, Vanda was clearly on my side and fought for everything from closing costs, home purchase price, and most importantly, repair negotiations. The seller was trying to avoid PROPERLY fixing previously agreed upon repairs, and Vanda's response was "This is unacceptable" and ensured they were fixed, and passed a re-inspection. I wish there were stronger words to describe how patient and kind Vanda was to me. As a first time home buyer, I asked about a million questions. Vanda always promptly responded to me, and ensured me that it was okay to ask any and all questions. All I had to do was sign on the line. Vanda fought for me, set everything up for me, and explained it to me along the way. Even the inspectors that were recommended to me through Vanda were great, and I was able to stay in contact with some of them regarding some recommendations they have for me going forward with my new home.

Vanda has exceptional knowledge and experience that makes her and expert in the real estate business. She walked me through everything and had all the answers I needed to get the most out of my sale. I have worked with her twice and would definitely use her service a 3rd time if needed. Vanda had a plan for all aspects of the sales which made the process fast and efficient. Vanda was very easy to work with and her demeanor and approach made me feel welcomed and confident in her abilities. I will continue to use Vanda in all real estate business transactions because I trust her and her abilities. The closing went fast and smooth with everything clear and defined.

She communicated every step of the way with every little detail. This was my wife and I first home buying. She made it extremely easy and understandable. She was assigned to us through Zillow. But in the first 3 hours of talking to her, starting at 5pm at night, she had 6 houses ready for viewing, the next day. While our last broker had 3 months to prepare for the visit and didnt show us a single house.

Vanda is truly a great realtor and wonderful person. I enjoyed our time together looking at houses and all her knowledge she gave me during the home buying process. Even though this wasn't my first time buying a home I still had many questions that she was able to answer right away! I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family when they are looking for a home to buy.

From the very beginning Vanda was committed to helping us sell our house. Her input and knowledge were great tools we depended on, and it worked flawlessly. She is a great communicator as well, we heard from here almost daily if just to touch base and asked about our progress.
