When it came to closing, Vanda was clearly on my side and fought for everything from closing costs, home purchase price, and most importantly, repair negotiations. The seller was trying to avoid PROPERLY fixing previously agreed upon repairs, and Vanda's response was "This is unacceptable" and ensured they were fixed, and passed a re-inspection. I wish there were stronger words to describe how patient and kind Vanda was to me. As a first time home buyer, I asked about a million questions. Vanda always promptly responded to me, and ensured me that it was okay to ask any and all questions. All I had to do was sign on the line. Vanda fought for me, set everything up for me, and explained it to me along the way. Even the inspectors that were recommended to me through Vanda were great, and I was able to stay in contact with some of them regarding some recommendations they have for me going forward with my new home.

Vanda has exceptional knowledge and experience that makes her and expert in the real estate business. She walked me through everything and had all the answers I needed to get the most out of my sale. I have worked with her twice and would definitely use her service a 3rd time if needed. Vanda had a plan for all aspects of the sales which made the process fast and efficient. Vanda was very easy to work with and her demeanor and approach made me feel welcomed and confident in her abilities. I will continue to use Vanda in all real estate business transactions because I trust her and her abilities. The closing went fast and smooth with everything clear and defined.
