As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous going into the process as I didn't really know what to expect. I had no reason to be worried though, because Vanessa was amazing!! She took care of everything for me, and she did it in a very timely manner. She always responded to me quickly and did an excellent job explaining everything to me throughout the entire process. Vanessa was assigned to be my agent through some arrangement between my employer - MidAmerican Energy and Century 21. Vanessa was very good and extremely helpful. She knew the area very well and was always available to help me and answer all my questions. She did a really great job for me. I bought the house through her and decided to sell the house through her. She did a really great job in selling the house too. Everything went very well.
