Buyer reviewWe met Vanessa at an open-house, we were trying to look for a house and didnt really know were to start. Vanessa was great in getting us in the know about looking for homes and we decided to have her as our agent . Shes great to work with! No matter if her day was busy she made time to show us a house or answer any of my questions. Vanessa is absolutely wonderful. We are very blessed to have had her. During our hunt for our perfect house we ran into situations in life that made us delay buying a house and Vanessa was always so patient and understanding when things came up. She made home-hunting so easy and always was great at knowing what we wanted and what worked for us. Vanessa was great about being prompt with everything and also making sure we knew certain things about the houses we looked at that me or my husband could have missed like for example interior things or exterior things.

Buyer reviewI would recommend Vanessa to anybody out there. She actually cares about her clients and is not in it to sell them any house and just make a commission. She genuinely cares and will tell you like it is. She points out the good things in a home but also more importantly tells you the issues the home has as well. As a first time home buyer that was huge because I didn't really know what to expect. We had another agent prior to Vanessa that showed us a few homes from Zillow and he was nice and everything but it seemed like he was more interested in selling a house than actually helping us find a home

Seller reviewI live several hundred miles from Sioux City, so it was important to have an agent who was willing to stop by the house to check during a wet spring when many residents experienced flooding issues. It was also important to have an agent who knew Morningside, and Vanessa knows it intimately. She provided recommendations for junk haulers and cleaners in the Sioux City area that I wouldn't have known about. She explained the process to me and guided me through it patiently. I always felt she had my back, first and foremost. I'd highly recommend her.
