We had been looking for roughly a year and not being from the area (as well as first-time home buyers), she quickly demonstrated how knowledgeable she was of the area. Whenever we did find a house we were interested in, her impeccable attention to detail revealed numerous characteristics and/or flaws that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Vanessa went above and beyond to help get the deal closed. I firmly believe that we would not have been able to purchase our house due to poor timing had we been working with somebody else. Having originally been accepted as a back-up offer, weeks went by before the first offer fell through - a day before we left the country for vacation! Vanessa acted on our behalf to make sure the inspection went smoothly as we would not be back before the inspection period expired and also dealt with our delayed responses (a 6 hour time difference!). That just goes to show the level of trust and confidence that we had in Vanessa. Simply put, Vanessa is an incredibly helpful, conscientious, understanding, all-around wonderful person to work with and we feel very fortunate that we were able to work with her. Any home buyer or seller would be lucky to have her on their side.
