I had a very bad experience with an other Agent, and Vanessa was assigned to me, Thank God!!, she was wonderful trough the whole process Vanessa was there for me any time I need her, text, phone, or email, she out-performed other agents from different agencies by far. Vanessa took me to as many homes I asked her and set up the appointments at the most convenient time for me. Vanessa is a very professional, she get to the point and she won't waste any time, she works a lot of hours, and some times she looks tired but for her , the customers are first, God Bless Vanessa, and thank you for having her at Century 21 Vanessa is so efficient to the point that no one else need it to be involve.
