Seller reviewI highly recommend Vanessa Taylor. She has extensive knowledge of the market which led to listing my property at an opening price that met my needs. I was out of town during the entire time between signing the contract and closing and she handled everything for me that allowed us to get my property ready for the buyer to disposing of some of my unwanted personal property. This included hiring a painter, a plumber and a handy man to replace a door lock. All of this was done cheerfully and without complaint. Without Vanessa's help, I would have had to rely on friends or return to town to handle myself. I would not hesitate to hire her in the future and I would unhesitatingly recommend her to friends and family.
