Buyer reviewVanessa Taylor was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone. She was very knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we had many questions and an overall lack of knowledge on the process. Vanessa made us feel completely comfortable. My husband and I were moving from out of town and knew almost nothing about the Kenosha area. She listened to what we were looking for and continually sent us listings whenever anything new popped up. She also had many suggestions on places to eat and enjoy our time once we moved. Because we lived so far away, we were unable to hand sign many of the forms. Vanessa set it up so that we could easily electronically sign all of our documents without having to mail anything. Purchasing through the VA loan, she was very perceptive of the conditions of the houses we were interested in and knew what qualities the houses had to have in order to be acceptable for that financing option. As soon as we closed on our house, she was the first to welcome us to our new home and even hand wrote a card!
