Seller reviewVenissa listed our Dad's condo after he passed over the summer. We listed in Oct and had is sold by end of Nov. Just when it was looking like things were slowing down as we approached a slow selling month of Nov we had an offer come in that was much lower than we expected. Then another offer came in the next day causing the 2 parties to bid against one another. Venissa handled this sale professionally and gave me confidence it was going to get done.
