As a long time resident of Lake County, Vera has been proud to call this beautiful place her home for over 20 years. Growing up in Sonoma County, she has seen the tremendous growth of the surrounding area and loves the peace and being part of nature that Lake County provides. Vera raised her family here, seeing her children attend the local schools and be apart of local youth and sports programs. As empty nesters, she now enjoys time with her husband on the family "farm" pursuing goals of self employment in this thriving area, chasing after the chickens, dogs and cats and attending grandchildren sporting events. If you don't see her out landscaping or gardening, she loves to be on the trails biking or hiking, swimming, exercising, enjoying the lake, exploring & traveling. As a former personal trainer and nutritional consultant, she understands the important of good health. Her ability to keep a situation calm provides for a pleasant & peaceful experience.

Seller reviewWe worked with Vera Crabtree for both the purchase and sale of our Kelseyville home. Both times she was great to work with. Great Communication and professionalism. She knows her territory and is patient. She showed us MANY homes before we found the one we purchased, which we absolutley loved! She helped us to negotiate a good price and we lived in the home for 5 years, while doing many upgrades. Unfortunately we needed to move out of the area and Vera was instrumental in getting top dollar for our remodeled home. She is very laid back and not pushy, but a good negotiator when it came down to getting the deal closed. We were very happy with the sale of the home, overall, thanks in large part, to Vera!
