Buyer reviewVeronica has a comprehensive knowledge of the area, schools, hospitals and amenities. She knows construction methods, materials and local practices, as well as unique issues such as NID water, and the challenges the unique weather and climate brings. When negotiating, she knows current prices, trends and historic factors. She is extremely personable, friendly and willing to accommodate; we came out multiple weekends in a row to look at listings and she was always ready to work. She is thorough, follows through and honest and professional. You couldn't ask for a better agent. After weeks of looking, with our budget and requirements in mind & not really finding exactly what we wanted, I asked her- "Find me a place I'd sell my house for."
