I'd worked with her before and Vicky remained the same excellent agent that she was for other transactions. She showed the family home, but guarded its privacy. There was no open house, but for that house it was inappropriate. Wonderfully empathetic, Vicky understood how emotional the sale would be for me. It was my family home. She was exactly the way I needed her to be-- professional and tremendously understanding. Despite not being familiar with the area, Vicky took the time to learn about it.
